This DVD is the first of three that all follow a simple format. Young readers of Guideposts magazine send in their letters about real life dilemmas and issues. Jodi, Wally and their friends then read the letters and attempt to give Scripture-based answers in a combination of song, dance and discussion. Among the issues tackled are bad language, laziness and just about everything that the kids want to talk about. Personally I'd never heard of Wally T Turtle before this and to be honest he doesn't seem to do that much here to warrant any attention. Put together with Jodi's sweet singing, some uninspired dance routines and rather preachy discussion and I would suggest that despite Wally & Co's sizeable US following, the thing doesn't connect with British kids.
