"If you saw the life I saw" muses Britain's brilliant young rapper, referring to the gang culture he was once caught up in on the mean streets of Croydon. With a simple rhythm and some elegant piano, Shadey's flow gives testimony and makes an eloquent plea for fathers in the home and the church to radically change our off-kilter society. An excellent, challenging single.
